What is Executive Mentoring ?
Definition
A personal developmental relationship where a more experienced person helps to guide a less experienced or knowledgeable individual.
My Purpose
Focus on the overall development and long-term growth of the mentee.
Intensity
A lower-intensity engagement, where the mentor and mentee meet typically for a 2-hour session every 4 weeks, this can be more frequent should both parties agree.
My Approach
More informal and holistic, often evolving organically based on the mentee's needs.
My Outcome
Long-term personal and professional growth, broader perspective including networking.
Example
A senior professional and/or a seasoned mentor guiding a mentee through career decisions and professional growth. This can evolve into current/immediate business challenges should the client require this.

I am willing to sign the clients provided NDA and ADInspired's Privacy and PAIA Policies will also provide further confidentiality to a process guaranteed to be discreet.
My career responsibilities have required me to operate at the highest level, managing sensitive data and information necessitating the application of the strictest legal and corporate governance guidelines.
