A high intensity engagement process where both parties connect frequently on a semi dedicated or dedicated agreed contractual arrangement.
My Approach
Very formal, goal directed structured process that can evolve organically as new solutions and opportunities are brought to the negotiating table.
My Outcome
Short / medium term set of solutions for goals that, when achieved, can have a significant positive impact to an organisation’s longer-term strategy.

As a collective Team and through collaboration, we will define the challenges, establish key causes, use appropriate and measurable processes, assess and derive sustainable solutions.
The consultation process, once agreed and the contract signed, will be administered as per the Clients request and exist as a semi-dedicated OR a dedicated programme. I am willing to sign the clients provided NDA and ADInspired's Privacy and PAIA Policies will also provide further confidentiality to a process guaranteed to be discreet.
