Counselling: General and Crisis & Trauma

Being a SACAP qualified Crisis and Trauma counsellor, my priority is you and your immediate needs. It is an empathetic and personal approach in providing you with the necessary selected guidance, advice, space and support to address, help, manage and overcome these traumatic symptoms impacting on your life. I focus on fostering psychological and personal growth through directly targeting your personal well-being.

I offer the following contractual terms, flexible in their intent, dependent on the clients requirements and expectations which then become tailor made:

Business Consulting

Period determined by situational-based opportunity.
Typically between 6-12 months.
Can revert to evergreen based on client needs including a 2 month notice period.

Executive Coaching

Minimum of 6 months. [2 Hour session once monthly]
Maximum option being 12 months.
Post the 12 months, the programme can be extended based on the client’s needs.

Executive Mentoring

Minimum of 6 months. [2 Hour session once monthly]
Maximum of 12 months.
Post the 12 months, the programme can be extended based on the client’s needs.

Counselling [General and Crisis & Trauma]

Period determined by severity of trauma.
Total engagement period to be agreed.
Post the agreed period, the programme can be extended based on the Client's needs.

Should a Client be interested in considering these services, the following steps will follow:

A chemistry session will be set up enabling both parties to formally connect, should there be a mutual agreement for progressing further for whatever programme, then:

Contract Document

The specific contract will be sent for completion and signing, this will articulate all aspects of the process including terms and conditions.

Reflection Document

The required Reflection document will be sent for completion, to be returned to myself prior to engaging, providing myself full details of your requirements and expectations of the programme.

Preparation Document

The correct Preparation document will be sent, and returned to myself, in preparation for the initial meeting. [These documents are required in advance for all meetings to be administered.]
